Trouble with OTR MP3 |
Greetings,
When I take a look at some of my MP3 files in itunes or Windows media player, I see that the file has attributes like genre, artist, etc. However OTR files ( such as Burns and Allan ) do not.
I have not been able to figure out how to add these attributes to OTR mp3 files.
Any ideas?
Thanks !!

Re: Trouble with OTR MP3 |
Sometimes the file is set up as "read only". To change, go to where ever you have the file stored and click on properties, then on-check "read only". Then click on okay.

Re: Trouble with OTR MP3 |
Those are ID3 tags - I know that they can be edited in iTunes and other programs.
(I'm on a Mac - maybe a Windows user can chime in and recommend how to do it on a Windows box.)

Re: Trouble with OTR MP3 |
Yes, that is exactly what I am talking about. I can not edit OTR MP3s such as Burns and Allan ) using iTunes or Windows Media player, but I can easily edit ID3 tags of MP3 that I have ripped to my pc.
Anyone know how to edit these ID3 tags?
